Today’s is the 6th day of my P-90x work-out routine. The focus for today is Kenpo, I have to be honest I wasn’t sure what it was at first. In order to embrace this technique we must first know what it is an understand it. Kenpo is the name of several Japanese Martial Arts. Kenpo is a system of self-defense, and it’s technique is mostly counters. It’s almost exclusively a stand-up martial art, using hand strikes, kicks, elbows, knees, and throws.

56 beats per minute.
For this routine I couldn’t find anything to my satisfaction but it used the most interesting video from youtube.
